As Ossian's deputy senior project manager, Kevin leads the project management workstream which encompasses a number of functions including project governance, PMO, legal, communications and value improvement, incorporating Power to X.
Kevin is a project manager within Marubeni Europower and has been working in the offshore wind industry since 2011. Working at a number of prominent renewable energy consultancies prior to joining Marubeni, the majority of this time has focused on technical advisory services, reviewing technical and commercial arrangements of offshore wind projects at all stages of development and in various markets around the globe.

Lisa is the stakeholder engagement manager for the Ossian project. She joined the corporate affairs team at SSE Renewables in 2022 where she works as a stakeholder engagement manager. Lisa has over five years’ experience in the renewable energy sector and works with the Ossian wind farm team.
Lisa heads up the stakeholder engagement strategy for the project, this includes public communications and engagement with all stakeholders. Across the project lifecycle Lisa will support the team with supply chain, local community, and academic engagement, ensuring that the project communicates with stakeholders and, more importantly, creates platforms and space for feedback and dialogue.

David Willson is the senior project manager for the Ossian offshore wind farm and is a senior project manager within SSE Renewables’ offshore wind developments team. David is responsible for the day to day running of the project and reporting to the project’s management committee and board.
David has been working in the renewable energy industry since 2010, having gained experience working in both consultancy and developer roles. David has worked on offshore wind projects across the globe in bid, development, construction and operational stages.

Zuzanna is the supply chain plan manager for Ossian and is part of SSE Renewables’ offshore development procurement & commercial team. Zuzanna is mainly responsible for managing delivery of Ossian’s SCDS (supply chain development statement) commitments, made in the ScotWind leasing application round and working with Crown Estates Scotland to provide regular updates on progress. Zuzanna also supports other SSE Renewables offshore projects to provide optionality for wind energy projects to enter allocation rounds by developing supply chain plans or sustainability rewards within the timelines and policy guidance set by DESNZ (Department of Energy Security and Net Zero).
She joined SSE Renewables and the offshore wind industry in July 2023 with nearly ten years of procurement and supply chain experience within the utilities and public sector.

Rich is the development lead for the Ossian project and is a development director within Copenhagen Offshore Partners UK & Ireland development team. In his role, Rich oversees all development aspects of the project, including consents and licenses, landowner engagement and transactions, and stakeholder engagement.
Rich has been working in the renewable energy industry since 2006, primarily as a developer but also within environmental consultancies. Having been involved in offshore wind since 2014, he has delivered project consents and also supported developments throughout the execution and operational stages.

Laurent is the Ossian lead design engineer and a lead design engineer with SSE Renewables. Laurent manages a highly knowledgeable team of subject matter experts from the JV partners and is responsible for design and safe delivery of the project.
Laurent has worked for SSE Renewables in engineering and innovation for more than 5 years, having responsibility of project engineering teams for both onshore and offshore wind projects in the UK and the Republic of Ireland (ROI). Prior to that he worked for two large EPCI contractors for 10 years delivering major power substations for renewables projects and transmission operators across Europe (ROI, UK, France and Norway).

Scott is the finance manager for Ossian and part of SSE Renewables' offshore wind commercial finance team. He ensures that the day to day finance operations activities of the project are well managed including all statutory reporting. Scott oversees the business case of Ossian, looking to maximise value for the shareholders.
He has worked at SSE Renewables for three years and, prior to that, he worked at a 'Big 4' accountancy firm where he specialised working with utilities clients in the UK. Scott has actively been involved in offshore wind since 2013 and worked on projects across the bid, development, construction and operation phases.

David is the lead procurement and commercial manager for Ossian and part of SSE Renewables’ offshore development procurement and commercial team. He is responsible for providing the project with support for all procurement, contracting strategy, cost/budget reporting, contract administration and supply chain engagement, including the supply chain development statement commitments and future supply chain plans.
David has over 20 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management with a background in construction consultancy. For the last nine years he has worked in the renewable energy industry delivering onshore and offshore wind projects from early development to completion.

Chris is the head of HSSEQ (health, safety, security environment and quality) on the Ossian project, he is also part of the Marubeni Europower team. Chris has over 15 years within the HSE sector of both onshore and offshore wind, working across the UK and Europe for WTG suppliers, client and contractor sides on some of the largest projects built.
He has worked on projects through all phases from bid, design, FID, construction, commissioning and handover to operational services.
